  3. Select the dates you wish to participate. There are two open spots per event. As space fills, unavailable dates will be removed.

Hours: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (make sure you are set up and ready by 8:00)

Cost

There are no fees or cost to Food Truck Vendors.


Taxes, Insurance, Licenses, Permits and Special Requirements:

Any applicable retail sales taxes are the responsibility of the individual vendor.

Market Insurance does not cover individual vendors. It is necessary that all vendors carry their own liability insurance.

All selected food vendors, including pre-packaged food vendors, are required to have a food license. Those who do not currently have a food license must apply for and obtain a temporary license from the City of Hamilton’s Health Department. Visit the City of Hamilton's Permitting Portal here and navigate through the Business Portal or call the City's Health Department directly at 513-785-7080. 


Absence Policy

Ideally a week notice to be able to find a replacement in your spot with floater

Set Up Policy and Needs:

  • Be ready by 7:30 am & break down begins 12:00 pm (no earlier).
  • You must provide your own equipment and seating if desired.
  • End of the day make sure you leave your assigned area clean and litter free. Do not leave or dump trash and waste around the court house.


Market etiquette:

  • Price undercutting is strictly prohibited
  • Vendors are expected to present and sell high quality products and handle any return issues if needed respectfully.
  • Vendors & their representatives should conduct themselves in a respectful manner, be safe and courteous with customers, market staff and each other.
  • Smoking is prohibited between the curb and the knee wall of the courthouse.
  • Consumption of alcohol and controlled or illegal substances while working at the market is strictly prohibited.


Complaint Policy:

  • Vendor complaints should be expressed in a written form and given to the market manager.
  • Customer complaints will be first handled by the vendor.
  • If customers complains to market manager regarding a vendor the manager will discuss the complaint with the vendor and find a solution to the disagreement together.
